John McCain speaks proudly of his new running mate for vice presidential office.

"Someone who stopped government from wasting the taxpayers money...someone with executive experience..." as he announces Sarah Palin, former mayor of Wasilla, AL and now governor of the same state, to be his partner in the RNC and in the White House.

Sarah Palin may be an attempt to appeal to dissented Hillary supporters, but she has shown to be ultra conservative and may in fact turn off the support of many republican constituents.

A lifetime NRA member and pro-life politician, Sarah Palin brings a hard line stance to the ticket.

At the announcement speech early Friday, Palin has made her first speech as candidate for veep.

On a personal note, it must be said that the announcement came accross as a lackluster when compared to that of the Democrats. In a short winded and seemingly shallow and perhaps defensive, last minute speech, Palin introduced herself in Dayton, Ohio as a staunch conservative who is willing to reach accross party lines.

A former beauty pageant contender, Sarah Palin, a mayor in the state of Alaska, becomes a bombshell news story for the RNC. Immediately following a landmark speech the previous day by the democratic presidential nominee, Barak Obama, this news brings a big headline to table.

Sarah Palin born February 11, 1964 has been recognized for her work as mayor of Wasilla, Alaska. She was also a sports caster in Anchorage previously.

This stunning news has arrived at a time when McCain himself was questioning the experience of Mr. Obama. This will surely be a boon to democrats who have been asked to question Obamas ability to lead.

It's a region where tension has been escalating for quite some time. The separatist state of Georgia has allegedly attempted to take over Ossetia, where the environment has been leaning towards a Russian social system.

Ossetians have sought to breakaway from Georgian rule and so it is a conflict that has been in the making. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice has made a special trip to convene with the Georgian President, Mikheil Saakashvili in order to make changes to a cease fire agreement drawn up as a followup to previous days attacks.

Russia seems to have infiltrated at least 2 cities in Georgia and they are taking hold and delapitating many of the facilities within the cities.

The discussion has now begun to focus on the future of South Ossetia and Abkhazia.

Try to save the frogs.

We are losing our frogs at a frightening rate. By the thousands we are losing an animal that may not be well liked but is a very important link in our echo system. Our little princes are dying and scientist are scrambling to figure out why. They believe it has to do with the rise in heat. When an amphibian has no way to cool down they are more susceptible to catching devastating skin decease.

The rate that we are losing them is rather alarming. And it is not just happening with in urban areas but also in our wild life refuges and national parks. It is believed by many environmentalist that we have lost hundreds of species in the last twenty too thirty years. And were not just talking about frogs here. All types of mammal’s insects and all other important animal life perished in the plague that is known as man.

It’s a sad thought to think that we have wasted our precious echo system. But the important thing is that we realize what we have done and take measures to fight the inevitable down fall. This means working like no tomorrow to help fight it. What other life mission do we have? Have you thought of any besides maybe giving back to mother earth?

I know that as a human our true purpose is to pass on ourselves in form of body and mind. But at the time I believe that another one of our major goals needs to be that we help and love everyone that is here with us now. It’s important to uplift each and everyone that well allow it. Give them the kind of treatment you would give your family.

Think about the pain and the suffering that you have harbored your self no matter how big or small and use the feeling you get from that experience as a form of power that you can wield to give you the right of mind that will allow you to see everyone as you see yourself and your family. And not only our people but our animals and our echo system.

Let’s lobby like the fast food corporations do to lower the national minimum wage, or like the tobacco companies do to try and advertise to minors. If we used the same system that they use against us we can provide the planet with tons of revenue for reconstruction and anything else we can do to help nurture our planet.

We have all these doctors and surgeons that help fix us, well we need that type of help for our planet.

Also we need to start allowing each other to prosper more often. Imagine a world where a person is allowed to go and learn any skill without having to pay a lot of money. Or say everyone gets the chance to college but they have to pay off the tuition as they go. I understand essentially that’s the way it is now but that’s not the minds set that we are into.

The factions of greed and evil wield their power behind our highest political and economical officials. The food and drug administration is just that a drug and food administration, meaning that they provide a diet of unhealthy food that will drive you to having to take lost of prescription drugs. The ploy began a long time ago well before even this century. I'm sure some of you have remembered foods like spam and lard.

Foods like that are horrible and rotten and they will literally make you sick and or give you food poisoning. Now these foods are really not very different from say marshmallow rice crispy treats, toasted strudels and all other nutrient less foods. What they all have in common is that they are all designed to kill.

Even candy inside a health store is very bad for you. Go into any whole foods, Trader Joes or Henrys and you pick up any random candy bar or any candy and check the amount of carbs or sugar that’s in it. If it’s anywhere from 20gs to 30gs than if you eat it what it does in your body is raise your blood sugar. Every time we eat any type of big meals or candy we raise our sugar. And to put it simply if it goes up too much than it will first start to deteriorate your sight and make you sick to the stomach.

As your life progresses you blood sugar will keep going up and down everyday and eventually it will stop going down back to normal. And once this happens your body goes into a sort of shock that is called diabetes. And the vital organ that is directly affected is your pancreas. Depending on how far along you have diabetes determines which stage of diabetes you have. If it becomes severe enough you will have to take what is called insulin shot for the rest of your life.

But by eliminating everything you have ever learned from the FDA about food and nutrition from your mind and replacing it with knowledge about raw foods and alkaline foods versus acidic foods which you can find right on the internet, you will help to reverse this process of self deterioration or prevent it all together.

I mean think about it if you can prevent something from plaguing your blood line that will shorten your lifespan and can also cause you to go blind and or die suddenly, why not do what ever you have to.

So to sum it all up if we utilize ourselves to help to become the doctors and caretakers of not only ourselves but each other and our planet we can provide a future for our kin and our animal friends than well be bright and prosperous.
